IX Series | Add and configure custom sound files
In this video, we demonstrate the process of uploading and setting up custom sound files and customizing the user experience. We show you how to use sound files to change incoming call ring tones on answering stations, ring back tone coming from a door station when the call button is pressed, and the door release tone heard at the station when the door release relay is activated. Follow this two-step process to add and configure custom sound files on an existing IX Series Intercom system.
These steps show the IX Support Tool, but the steps will be largely the same when using the IXG Support Tool.
