Summary
Lowering the volume of the ringback tone (the sound made while placing a call) on a door station.
Solution
From the left-hand side menu, expand Station Settings and select Volume / Tone. Scroll to the right and find the Receive column. Set the receive volume to the desired level and click Update in the top right-hand corner. Once updated, select File from the top menu and choose Upload Settings to Station to upload the setting changes to all stations.
