Summary
The IS Series system can be partitioned in two different ways through a few programming steps.
Solution
The IS Series system can be partitioned in the following ways:
- What master stations a door station will call.
- What stations appear during a master station’s scan monitor function.
Programming a Door Station’s Called Station List
- Log into the Host of your IS-IP system and select Advanced Station Settings from the menu on the left.
- Check the box for the designated door station and click Advanced Settings.
- A new window will appear with two options. Select Called Stations.
- You will see your Called stations list. Any station on this list will be called by the door station. To add a station to the list, select Reference.
- Check the stations that you would like to have the door station call, then click Close.
As you see from the picture above, the PC master station is now added to the Called Station list.
- Temporarily store the page and select Updating the System from the menu on the left. Click Update.
