Clearing and Reprogramming a Tenant Station

Clearing and reprogramming an incorrectly programmed tenant station.

Solution

GT Series Push Button Entrance Station

1. Place the entrance station in programming mode, once there, press and hold the miss-programmed button until you get a steady tone. Release the button during this tone, do not hold the button down until the tone ends or the procedure will not work.
2. At the tenant station, while still in programming mode, press and hold the door release button and the security guard call/light button. A beep will sound in approximately 5 seconds. Once you hear this beep, release the buttons.
3. Both the entrance station and apartment station are now clear and ready to reprogram correctly.

GT Series DES Entrance Station

1. Place the entrance station in programming mode. Use the arrow buttons until the tenant’s station number is highlighted. Press and hold the Bell button until you get a steady tone. Release the button during this tone, do not hold the button down until the tone ends or the procedure will not work.
2. At the tenant station, while still in programming mode, press and hold the door release button and the security guard call/light button. A beep will sound in approximately 5 seconds. Once you hear this beep, release the buttons.
3. Both the entrance station and apartment station are now clear and ready to reprogram correctly.
