As you may have heard, the Washington State Governor issued a “Stay at home” order effective midnight on March 25th until at least April 8th. To comply with that order, Aiphone’s Redmond office will be conducting operations remotely during this time.
I want to assure you that Aiphone is doing what we can so you are able to maintain business as normal. We have partnered with an off-site warehouse which is considered an essential business and will remain operational for the foreseeable future. Our Redmond office was already prepared for this eventuality, and the majority of our employees are working from home. At the current time, all orders will be processed and shipped with very little delay.
As a reminder, we have services available online to help you specify, troubleshoot, and check the status of your orders, plus your local sales team member is available to meet in person where allowed via phone, text, or video conferencing.
