Aiphone's Technical Support Department is available Monday thru Friday between the hours of 5:00 AM and 4:30 PM Pacific Time. Our highest telephone call volumes occur between the hours of 11:30 am and 1:30 pm Pacific Time. Calling outside of this 2 hour window will reduce the wait time before speaking with a technician.
Our technical staff can assist you in specifying a new system, answering wiring, installation, and compatibility questions, or troubleshooting existing systems. The technical staff can also provide you with custom wiring diagrams on some systems. To obtain a custom wiring diagram, e-mail or fax us your list of equipment and we should be able to provide you a diagram by the next business day.
