Southwest Regional Sales Manager - Posted March 16th, 2017
Aiphone Corporation is recruiting for a motivated career-minded individual to fill a Regional Sales Manager position, responsible for increasing regional sales in the security and sound & communication industries. This will be a full-time position responsible for sales in California, Arizona, Nevada, and Hawaii.

Our successful candidate can expect to develop strong relationships with customer dealers and distributors, providing new product training and strategic sales promotion support. Additional responsibilities will include managing regional sales representatives towards territory sales objectives. Experienced headquarters-based technical and customer service reps will provide support to this field position. Overnight travel will be required.

No relocation benefit will be offered to fill this position.


We are looking for someone who is:
• Experienced in sales management and overseeing territory sales objective achievement
• Results driven, with documented success exceeding sales goals or objectives
• An excellent communicator who presents a friendly, professional image
• Skilled in time management
• Self-motivated and well-organized
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and for maximum productivity
• Work as team member to grow sales

Experience and education should include:
• Minimum five years sales experience in security or sound & communication industries
• Sales management experience
• Electronics background
• Four-year Bachelor's degree preferred
