Marketing Manager

Aiphone Corporation, a growing company and leader in the security intercom market, is looking for a mid- to senior-level Marketing Manager who will plan, create, implement and analyze marketing initiatives to support Aiphone’s customer base and sales team.  This position will be located at Aiphone’s Redmond, WA headquarters.

Assignments will include developing and managing the Aiphone brand through successful corporate communications and marketing events and collateral; providing your executive team with continuously-updated market and competitor data and insights from industry resources as well as Aiphone-initiated market research; and leading Marketing personnel to achievement of department and individual goals while facilitating a positive department environment and effective working relationship with each Marketing employee.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective, creative strategies for marketing Aiphone's key products into Aiphone's focus markets via channel distributors and targeted projects.
  • Evaluate results of marketing strategies and use findings to modify strategies and make recommendations for future projects.
  • Develop brand guidelines, lead vision and direction of brand, and ensure consistent adherence to guidelines for all marketing materials and activities - both internally and externally.
  • Develop and oversee the marketing budget, including effective use of RSR funding, and monitoring department ROI.
  • Manage corporate communications including copywriting, email, social media, webinars, and telemarketing campaigns.
  • Manage Marketing team to execute integrated marketing and communications efforts.  Facilitate positive Marketing Department environment and effective working relationship with each department employee.  Oversee the creation and execution of high impact corporate marketing deliverables, including the management of events and collateral, such as trade shows, website content, presentations, training documentation, and other related sales tools.
  • Conduct market research and access available market research resources to ensure that trends and customer and competitor profiles are up to date and distributed to internal sales management team.



  • 6 – 10 years relevant marketing experience, including marketing leadership experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or business-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.  Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement both strategic programs and supporting tactics.
  • Proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising, and promotional staff and activities.
  • Brand development experience.
  • Experience with internet marketing (websites, email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.  Also, knowledge of computer database CRM packages.
  • Strong understanding of security industry a plus.
  • Writing samples and a portfolio of work samples will be required.
