At this time, QuikChat is certified to work with Windows XP using Internet Explorer 6 or Firefox 2.0.

QuikChat is Aiphone's new Interactive Communication tool that allows you to chat live with one of our Customer Service or Technical Support Representatives. QuikChat is available during regular department  hours: 
Technical Services: 6:00 AM ~ 4:30 PM Pacific Time
Customer Services: 6:30 AM ~ 4:30 PM Pacific Time
